Defensive Combat Training- Treat total hit dice as BAB when calculating CMD.

Toughness- Gain +3 Hit points. For every hit die beyond 3, you gain an additional +1 point. If more than 3 hit dice, gain +1 hit points whenever a hit die is gained (when gaining a level)

Improved Grapple- Do not provoke an attack of opportunity when performing a grapple combat maneuver. In addition, receive +2 bonus on checks made to grapple a foe and to CMD when an opponent tries to grapple you.

Improved Unarmed Strike- Considered to be armed even when unarmed. You do not provoke attacks of opportunity when attacking foes while unarmed. Unarmed strikes can deal lethal or nonlethal damage at your choice.

THIS IS OLD AND NEEDS TO BE REDONE!!!! Appearance: Nodd has an unimposing appearance, and actually may seem quite small in his baggy clothing. However, once caught in the clutches of his grapple, you will understand how strong he actually is. He also has an unkempt brown beard and a poorly shaved head.

Personality: Likable, but a man of few words. Drinking loosens his tongue ever slightly, allowing him to integrate with others. He is very productive of those he considers close to him and will do whatever it takes to protect them.

Background: At a young age, Nodd found he had an affinity for fighting. Knowing he enjoyed a scuffle but didn’t like to hurt others for no reason, he always preferred it was in a sporting sense. In his mid-teens, he became well known for his ability to grapple and spar with others, making money in fighting pits in hand to hand combat.

He then joined a band of travelling wrestlers, whose focus was less on fighting to injure each other and much more so for entertainment, travelling the region to bring joy to others. Nodd found himself gravitating towards playing the heavy, depending upon strength and brute force in the staged battles to carry him through with the crowd.

Most of the money he earned, he sent back to his family in Brevoy to allow them to live a great life. The life of “celebrity” gave him license to drink and enjoy life. He also found that drinking (to an extent) allowed him to perform and fight at a slightly higher level.

However, that all fell apart when his family was killed by a group of brigands, bandits that were raiding the area from the Stolen Lands and picked out his family specifically having heard of their wealth.

Feeling fully responsible, he could no longer wrestle and no longer cared for money and turned to alcohol as his only solace and release. Every day, he would awake with new bruises in a new area. His only trouble was finding the next drop of alcohol to sooth the outer and inner pain.
